OPEN BOX PROGRAM

Collect at your own pace. Ship when you're ready.

Building a mineral collection takes time, and discovering exceptional pieces shouldn't mean paying for shipping every time you find something new.

The DLC Minerals Open Box Program allows you to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment, helping you save on shipping costs while growing your collection at your own pace.

Whether you're adding one special specimen or several pieces over time, your treasures can be safely held until you're ready to have them shipped.

How Does It Work?

1. Open Your Box

Place your first order through the website and pay the applicable shipping fee at checkout.

Simply contact me before your order ships to request an Open Box. I'll be happy to hold your purchase for you!

2. Keep Collecting

Once your Open Box is confirmed, you can continue shopping and adding new pieces whenever something catches your eye.

Simply enter the code OPENBOX at checkout on your future orders to avoid paying shipping fees again.

Please note that this code is exclusively available to customers with an active Open Box and previously paid shipping fees.

3. Ship When You're Ready

Once you're ready to receive your collection, just send me a message!

I'll carefully prepare your accumulated purchases and arrange for everything to be shipped together in one package whenever possible.

Open Box Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and organized experience, the following conditions apply:

An Open Box must be requested and confirmed before the OPENBOX discount code can be used.
The initial shipping fee must be paid before additional purchases can be added without paying shipping again.
The OPENBOX code is strictly reserved for customers with an active, confirmed Open Box.
All purchases must be paid in full at checkout. The Open Box Program is not a payment plan.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the combined weight, dimensions, or packaging requirements exceed the original shipping coverage.
Purchases added to an Open Box are considered confirmed orders and remain subject to DLC Minerals' regular store policies.
Once shipment has been requested and prepared, the Open Box will be considered closed. A new shipping fee will be required to start another Open Box.

Important Notice — Unauthorized Code Usage

The OPENBOX discount code is a privilege exclusively reserved for customers who have already paid their shipping fees and have an active Open Box confirmed by DLC Minerals.

Using this code without meeting these requirements does not qualify an order for free shipping.

Any order placed using the code without authorization will be placed on hold until the applicable shipping fees have been paid.

Unauthorized use of the code does not automatically entitle a customer to cancel their purchase or receive a refund. Any cancellation or refund request will be handled according to DLC Minerals' store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

I kindly ask that this program be used honestly and responsibly. These guidelines are in place to prevent misuse, unnecessary administrative work, and shipping-related complications, while keeping the experience fair and enjoyable for everyone.
